Nice coal free lot! Also replaced all new soil and compacted it. Lumber has also been delivered! With all this rain coming I don't see footer and foundation going up anytime soon...fingers crossed though!

    That is a big big lot! It all looks great and I'm jealous you now have lumber I don't (pouts) :) cannot wait for it to go up!
