So many emotions!

I am feeling so many emotions I can't even sleep! We are still waiting on the home inspection on our "house" to cone back. They have until midnight tonight to get itvto us. Everything is such a waiting game and trust me I have NO patience! Then on monday we are waiting to hear from NVR about a lower interest rate because theirs was a .50 higher than competitors which raised our mortgage $89 and we our already at the top of our budget. They said they were supposed to be competitive? We shall see! Kodys physical therapist just decided to not come all 3 times this week so I might have to start taking him outpatient all 3 times like I normally do..ughhhh and now my biggest reality leaving my house that we made our home at a very young age (18) and (20) and got pregnant with our twins shortly after. Even with our addition and all the updates we have just outgrown it :( My daughter said she will be sad. We have made acme great memories and we will now have to move in with my mom and dad for 2 months ...not sure how good that will go! I am going to have gray hair at the end of all this but it will be worth it! They are also most likely going to let my son stay in his same school...that is why we went ahead with the move...I swear my post will be more interesting later on! We our going to look at a victoria today...no Victoria falls in the vicinity :( btw I hate all these choices! I can't even pick between maple cognac or cherry bordeaux for kitchen? I have always been known as the most indecesive person !

  1. You're right it will all be worth it in the end. Everything will work out. I think you and I are tied for the world's most indecisive person!

  3. Yes that does help! That is what we originally picked! I will just quit second guessing myself as I always do! I am questioning my brick choice of Monaco? But I think I might drive and look at some...I never saw it on a house yet. That will help me! Thanks for your help! I love this blog! My husband wants to kill me...lol

  4. Oh I forgot, there will be a Victoria Falls model, but in Greensburg. A new community just opened and the site says that's the model they're building.

  5. Since 2011 chimed in so will I...We picked cherry bordeaux if that helps..LOL

I thought our seletions went pretty smooth until my wife started second guessing herself. I think we have finally made our last decisions though. We just got back from looking at a house with our outside color scheme and we both like it so we can check that off the list. She was debating changing from the brushed nickel to the bronze, but I think we are staying with the brushed nickel.

  6. I completely understand. It is so much easier to make decisions when you have seen some decorated models. We went to see a Victoria Falls model in Cincinnati and Fishers, IN. We took so many pics and it really helped us with our decisions. I posted the links to our pics on my post today. Check them out! I hope it helps with you decisions and makes you fall in love even more with the Victoria Falls floor plan. I know that's cheesy, but every time I look at these photos I love the house more and it reaffirms everything. We picked the cherry bordeaux cabinets since we loved the dark color. I kinda liked the cognac, but I think the dark cherry cabinets make for a more dramatic kitchen. Good luck!

  7. Thanks guys! All of your post really help! I saw a construction victoria falls today and that helped and a Victoria model home! I also saw our brick (monaco) on a house and really liked it! I'm feeling better!

  10. We picked the maple cognac for our kitchen. We thought it looked like a rich color but not so dark since we went with dark granite. I have heard that cherry cabinets are a little softer than maple and will get dinged easier...don't know if that's true or not.
